How much does a Flexible Web website cost?
£1500 + VAT.
Our websites only have one price.
We don’t confuse you with various options or make you feel that you might be missing out on a ‘gold’ package.
Everything is available to everyone.
The only time you can one cheaper is on the 20th of each month.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs, but outside of the cost of your website, you will need to budget for:
- A domain name – approx £20 a year.
- Hosting + SSL certificate – approx £150 a year.
- Security updates – approx £200 a year or you can do these yourself. We’ll show you how.
Remember, this is not money that you have to pay to us. These are costs associated with any website.
We are happy to recommend and set up your host and SSL certificate for you.
Who creates the copy for the website?
You are responsible for all of the copy on your website.
This is a good thing, as who knows your business better than you do!
And your ‘100 Days Of SEO’ course, included with your website, goes into content creation in some depth.
If you feel like you don’t have the time or desire to do this, then we can recommend a copywriter.
But remember, your website can go live with just a single page to begin with and you can create new content at a time that is suitable for you.
You DON’T have to have everything ready before going live.

Won’t my website look like everyone elses?
Definitely not.
Once you’ve added your logo, your brand colours, your fonts, your text, your images and your structure, your website will be completely unique.
As of today (19.12.24) there are 25 different content blocks available to you.
Given these can be arranged in any order, there are…

…different ways to lay out a page.
And that doesn’t even take into account the individual configurations within each of those blocks.
So rest assured, your site will not look like anyone else’s.

Will my site be mobile friendly / responsive?
Absolutely. Your site will work on all of the latest devices so you can be confident that whether your visitors are looking at it on theirdesktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone, they’ll get a great and consistent experience.
Just take a look at this site on your various devices.
Your website will work in exactly the same way.
Can I update the content on my website whenever I want or do I have to get in contact with you first?
Your site will be integrated into a CMS (Content Management System) which enables you to update your site as and when you choose to.
You have full control over your content and can even share this process by creating multiple user accounts for colleagues, family and friends.
Can I change the structure of my site?
Using simple drag and drop functionality, you can change the structure of your site as you see fit.
Want to add or delete something, no problem. Want to just shuffle things around, likewise.
Your website can look completely different with minimal effort required from you.
What do I need in order for my site to go live?
You need the following:
- Content (text and images) for at least one page.
- Supply us with some branding guidance (logo and brand colours).
- A domain name.
- Hosting + SSL certificate.
We can help you with all of the above, so don’t worry if it means nothing to you.
Will my site be SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) friendly?
Our sites are renowed for their SEO abilities due to the CMS (Content Management System) that we use.
Your site will come with built in SEO functionality that will enable you to generate organic traffic for your site.
Does my site require any maintenance?
Like all CMS (Content Management System) platforms, updates are required from time to time to keep the site secure. The process itself is very simple and is documented for you.
Do I need any technical experience to use my website?
None whatsoever.
Your site will be very intuitive and simple to use.
Plus don’t forget that as part of the price you will receive a day of face-to-face training.
Do you offer additional functionality?
Yes, but hopefully with a demo, you should see that you already have everything you need.
If there is a genuine need for some additional functionality, we’re happy to talk.
And if we think it could be useful for other customers then it could be incorporated as standard across all of our sites.
Do your websites allow me to sell things online?
No.
The reason for this is that every online store will have completely separate requirements such as delivery setup, product filtering, sales and discount offers etc.
If this is functionality that you need, we can provide it an extra cost, bolted on to your website
